Report a Security Vulnerability
Predator Software Ltd takes the security of its products seriously. If you believe you have found a cybersecurity vulnerability affecting a Predator Software product, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please provide enough information for us to understand, reproduce and assess the issue. We welcome good-faith reports relating to Predator software, services, installers and related product components.
Before You Submit
- Use the reporting form where possible. This helps us capture the information we need and assign a case reference quickly.
- Report in good faith. We ask that testing is limited, lawful and designed to avoid harm, data loss or service disruption.
- Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. Product name, version, environment, steps to reproduce and expected impact are all helpful.
- Do not send sensitive material unless requested. Please do not include passwords, private keys, malware, personal data, confidential customer data or production CNC programs unless we have agreed a secure method to receive them.
Security Vulnerability Reporting Form
Use the secure form below to submit the details of a suspected product-security vulnerability. After submission, you will receive a reference number that can be used for any follow-up correspondence.
What to Report
- Suspected vulnerabilities in Predator DNC, MDC and other Predator products
- Authentication, authorisation, privilege or access-control weaknesses
- Issues affecting integrity of CNC programs, production data or system configuration
- Weaknesses in installers, updates, services, APIs or communication components
- Evidence that a Predator product vulnerability may be actively exploited
Please Do Not
- Attempt destructive testing, denial of service or ransomware-style behaviour
- Access, alter or download customer data beyond what is strictly necessary to demonstrate the issue
- Upload malware, exploit kits or live malicious payloads through the form
- Publicly disclose the issue before giving Predator a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond
- Send highly sensitive data by email unless we request it and agree a secure transfer method
Information to Include
The more complete the report, the faster we can triage it. Helpful information includes:
- Product name and version or build number
- Operating system and environment details
- Clear summary of the issue
- Step-by-step reproduction details
- Whether authentication or internal network access is required
- Potential impact, including whether connected manufacturing equipment may be affected
- Screenshots, logs or other supporting evidence where appropriate
- Whether you are aware of any active exploitation or public disclosure
What Happens Next

Your submission is received and assigned a reference ID.
2. Triage
Our Product Security Team reviews the report and may contact you for more information.
3. Investigation

Where appropriate, we issue updates, mitigations, advisories and customer communications.
Good-Faith Reporting
Predator Software supports responsible, good-faith security research. If you act lawfully, avoid privacy violations, avoid service disruption and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond, we will view your report as a good-faith effort to improve product security.
This page does not authorise testing that would violate law, regulation, contract or another party's rights. If you are unsure whether a specific test is appropriate, please contact us before proceeding.
Sensitive or Urgent Reports
If you believe a vulnerability is being actively exploited, or could significantly affect connected CNC or manufacturing equipment, please use the form and also email security@predator-software.eu immediately, quoting your reference if you have one.
